In addition to these amenities, new buyers will reportedly also have access to four parking spaces within the apartment complex. Facilities such as sea view and multipurpose hall are enriched, too. According to reports, Sonam owned a 7,000-square-foot duplex apartment on Suntec Signature Island, which spans 4,610 square feet.

ETimes reported that documents accessed by squarefeatindia.com indicated that Sonam had purchased the apartment. ¥For $3.148 billion, she sold it on Dec. 29. ¥3.25 billion. According to a report by Money Control, the Delhi-based company has ¥$1.95 billion on Dec. 29, according to documents accessed by real estate firm indextap.com.

Sonam lives between London and Mumbai with her businessman husband Anand Ahuja and son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, who was born in August 2022. The room was decorated with playful murals depicting elephants, tigers and other animals. Apart from the safari-themed walls, the children’s room had wooden furniture, white lamps and lots of soft toys.

To mark the start of 2023, Sonam also dedicated an Instagram post to her husband and son Vayu.In the image, Anand Ahuja is walking with Vayu. “My two Leos. My whole body (world emoji). Last year was a special year for us. Happy belated new year to all of you. Life is getting better every day.
