After all… not all Brown kids think of Meri as a monster.
On Tuesday, the Sister Wives star shared a photo of her and Janelle’s two sons (Logan and Brown) standing side by side and smiling.
“When in Vegas it makes sense to find a few handsome guys to hang out with for a few hours!” the 51-year-old wrote in the Instagram caption.
I’m proud to have caught up with these two and that they turned out to be good guys!
What makes this sighting noteworthy?
Just a few days ago, two of Christine’s children filed scathing accusations against their stepmother.
First, Paedon Brown said Meri was abusive in the past…and not just verbal changes.
“Meri wasn’t kind…for some of our kids, abrasive isn’t enough to be specific about what Meri was,” he said.
Gwendolyn then repeated her brother’s claims, stating on YouTube:
“[Meri] I was scared when I was a kid, but she never attacked me. “That was a long time ago.”
Gwendolyn explained:
“Meri had moments of being rude and scared, but I don’t remember her moving with anyone except Mykelti. It was only once.
“I believe everyone deserves a second chance… Honestly, I know nothing about saving someone’s life. She was more disgusting than anything.”
From there, Mykelti confirmed that she was a victim of Meri’s wrath.
“When we were younger, she was very emotionally and verbally abusive to all of us,” the Sisterwives’ family said last week.
βHonestly, I think I took the brunt of it.
“But I think we were all influenced by her.”
eh? ? ?
Meri has not publicly commented on the allegations, but alluded to them in a cryptic Instagram post on January 16, writing online:
βOn days like these, we are reminded of the humanity of good, honest-hearted people, the friends who have your back and stand up for you, and the general goodness of the world.β
About a week ago, Meri and Kodi confirmed that their marriage was over.
“After over a decade of working on our relationship in our own way, we have decided to end our marital relationship permanently,” they wrote in a joint statement.
“We are committed to treating each other and all members of our family with kindness and respect during this process,” the exes concluded today.
“We are also committed to continually healing all relationships with our families so that we can move forward with forgiveness, grace and love.”
