1. Anthony Hopkins — Porsche 911 Targa
Can you imagine Hannibal Lecter driving a Porsche 911 Targa? According to Investing.com, in the early 2000s, the A-star was seen driving around in a cobalt blue 911. I don’t know if he still has a sports coupe valued at $143,000, but if not, he owns something just as cool, if not better than it I’m sure you do.
2. Jay Leno – Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe
We all know Jay Leno is a supercar collector. He currently owns 136 different cars, and he does most, if not all, of them himself. So it’s no surprise that he was spotted driving around his Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing coupe (worth $1.8 million). Yes, it’s an expensive car, but it’s just one of many he owns, including a 1927 Ford Model T and his 1932 Duesenberg.
3. Tom Cruise – Bugatti Veyron
The Bugatti Veyron is one of the most expensive and rare cars on the planet. The base model retailed for him in 2011 at $1.7 million, with a more limited version costing around $20 million. What makes it so special? Powered by his W16 engine that produces 1,001 hp and 922 lb-ft of torque.
According to Car and Driver tests, the Veyron was able to reach 60 mph from a standstill in 2.5 seconds and 200 mph in 25.5 seconds. It also has a top speed of 253 mph. This might be why super action stars like Tom Cruise own it.
4. Drake – Mercedes-Maybach G 650
What do you get when you cross a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen with a truck? Get a Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet. But as appealing as the breeding analogy sounds, the G 650 Landaulet is actually a very rare SUV. Once upon a time, Drake probably owned the only one in North America. This meant that I owned one of his 99 ever built.
This unique SUV is powered by a 621 horsepower engine and has all the features you can imagine, including heating/cooling cup holders, drop tops and a divider to separate the front and back rows. Don’t forget that the cost is also over $1 million.
5. Jennifer Lopez – Porsche 911 Carrera GTS
Jennifer Lopez had reportedly hadn’t driven a car in 25 years when fiancé Alex Rodriguez gifted her a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS for her 50th birthday.th birthday. It’s quite a milestone and a car to celebrate. I’m sure “Jenny from the Block” doesn’t mind driving around the block in a $146,000 Porsche once in a while.
