LIV Golf has announced a television deal with The CW Network. Beginning in February 2023, the company will broadcast all his LIV Golf events on its channel nationwide.
The Saudi Arabia-backed series announced the good news on its social media accounts with the caption:
“Live on The CW in the US. February 2023.”
The deal will allow approximately 120 million people nationwide to watch the series from their homes. Fans expressed their excitement in the comments section, stating:
“It fits the brand very well. Congratulations on landing a network worth iron cover.”
“We are going to average 10,000 to 15,000 viewers, which is huge for LIV.”
Fans also inquired about the delivery time of LIV Golf. they wrote:
“Before or after Gossip Girl?”
Pursuant to the agreement, LIV golf events will be televised over the weekend, with the opening round available on The CW network.
Gossip Girl aired Mondays on the CW network. His teen drama in America streamed on Netflix for several years before he moved to HBO Max in 2021. According to Rolling Stone, HBO canceled the series on Thursday two seasons ahead of him.

CBS and Warner Bros. founded the CW network in 2006. This is the first time the network has signed a deal to broadcast a sporting event. CW President Dennis Miller talks about it in his interview. He said:

‘Today is a big day for LIV Golf’ – Greg Norman on new deal
I can’t imagine a better start to the year for LIV Golf than signing a broadcast deal.
The first season of the turbulent series ended in October. From the first season he earned over $30 million, Dustin Johnson has emerged as the most successful golfer to play on his tour of LIV Golf. However, the series only gets a small audience as the tournament was featured on his YouTube channel and website.
Greg Norman has been trying for a long time to get the series on television, and his hard work has finally paid off. His CEO of LIV Golf said he is thrilled to be working with The CW Network to bring the series to global success. He said:
“Today is an important day for LIV Golf because this partnership is more than media rights. The CW will provide accessibility for fans and maximum exposure for athletes and partners. The nonexistent league secured a full broadcast deal for its debut full league season.”
LIV Golf is very popular among younger viewers, and the CW network definitely helps them reach their target audience.
