The world of social media has lost a legend.
TikTok star Waffler69 died Wednesday of a suspected heart attack, according to TMZ.
He was only 33 years old.
The star brother confirmed the tragic news to the aforementioned celebrity gossip website.
The influencer’s real name is Taylor, and he became famous on TikTok by eating tons of fast food and other unusual items.
No official cause of death has been announced.
However, Taylor’s brother explained to TMZ that he was feeling uncomfortable yesterday and called his mother.
But things took a turn for the worse… I called an ambulance from my home in Louisiana to take him to the hospital.
Taylor then died in hospital.
To add even more nostalgia, Taylor garnered a large following by placing meals on random VHS tapes.
Over the years, he’s eaten everything from tons of fruit loops to taco spaghetti to 1991’s “The Addams Family” promotional cereal.
Sound weird? lame? unhealthy?
That may be so, but Taylor has amassed over 1.7 million followers and 32.8 million likes across TikTok. He also made a living during his 16 years by sharing content on YouTube.
In addition to making videos, the social media star expanded his range of cooking condiments, merchandise, and appeared on Cameo, a celebrity video greeting site.
A GoFundMe account was opened in his honor.
“If he touched your heart in any way, me and my family would appreciate it,” Taylor’s brother said in a donation.
The page has so far raised $1,245 of its $1,500 goal.
In his own video on Thursday, Taylor’s brother made one simple plea.
He asked those watching the video to preserve his brother’s legacy for as long as possible by continuing to watch his content.
“Keep him alive. He loved making people happy,” Clayton said.
Condolences to Waffler69’s friends, family and loved ones. May he rest in peace.
