Actor Vijay Setupati has spoken about his experience in his new film ‘Javan’ with Shah Rukh Khan.He also called SRK a “gentleman” and revealed that it was a shock to him when he found out that stars once praised him. Javanhe said he wanted to go to SRK at Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding and play the antagonist for him.
Speaking of India Today, Setupati He said he first met SRK at the Melbourne Film Festival in Australia. “I had never met SRK before. He complimented me and it was a shock to me. He said he really liked my movie Vikram Veda,” he said. “I met SRK again at Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding and said, ‘I want to be your bad guy,'” he said, adding, “We really wanted to cast you.” From there, we met and Javan happened,” recalls Setupati.
Directed by Atlee, Jawan is billed as an action thriller with a June 2 release. Nayanthara’s Bollywood is also his debut and also features other actors like Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover and Riddhi Dogra.
