TikTok is reportedly rolling out a feature that lets more users view thumbnails of videos while scrubbing through them. Here’s what you need to know about it.
Short-form video platform TikTok is one of the most popular apps in the world and is constantly adding new features to make it easier to upload and interact with content on the app.

It was already possible to skip videos using the scrubbing bar at the bottom of long posts, but users reported that TikTok has also added the ability to show thumbnails of the video in question while scrubbing. increase.

Thumbnails in the scrub bar work much the same as in the YouTube app. Users with access to this feature can simply drag the dot across the white bar at the bottom of the screen, above which an image preview of the portion of the video they are hovering over will appear. to skip to that part of the video.
It’s not clear if this feature will roll out to everyone at some point, so if you can’t access it now, it might just be a matter of waiting until it expands to more regions and devices.
