Storm Reed knows he can always count on you euphoria Co-star Zendaya when she needs support — and be honest.
In the latest episode of people’s daily On the podcast, Reid opened up about the close bond she’s built with her TV sisters.

“That’s my sister,” Reid continued. “I think it’s important to be authentic with each other and in general. I think we live in a very fake world at times. So it’s good to cut through the fluff.”

Zendaya, who also serves as Executive Producer euphoriaReed previously said it was her “dream casting” for the role of her character’s brother.
“When she shows up, I’ve always been told, ‘Oh my God, she looks just like Zendaya!’ So when she got the part for her sister, she was like, ‘Storm! We gotta work together,'” she told BuzzFeed UK in 2018.
In addition to the pair’s friendship, what Reed is “very grateful for” is her new role opposite Nia Long. AbsentThe film follows June (Reid), a young woman who tries to find her missing mother, Grace (Long), while on vacation with her new boyfriend. To assist in her search, June utilizes tools that she can access online.
“Thankfully I’m not in a position to have my mother go missing, but I know the unconditional love that parents have for their children, and what children have for their parents. That unconditional love is whether you go to the ends of the earth or you… I’ll do anything to make sure your parents are safe,” Reed explained of the film. It’s something she did and she did it in a clever way, and I admire her because I don’t think I could do what June did.”
