Through his biological father, he was the nephew of fashion photographer Arthur Elgort and actor Ansel, known for roles in films such as ‘Baby Driver’ and Steven Spielberg’s ‘West Side Story’. He is Elgort’s cousin. When Morrill was his seven years old, his mother remarried lawyer Mark Her Morrill and subsequently adopted his surname. During his teenage years, Morrill attended his Browning School in Manhattan. To get his higher education, he went to Tulane University in New Orleans.
