Robin Brown no longer suffers in silence.
Kody Brown’s only legal spouse has long been considered him favorite So do spouses, with Christine admitting at the premiere of Sister Wives season 17 that this favor played a role in her decision to leave the family.
Since then, Robin has not been shy about abandoning Christine.
Meanwhile, in Part 2 of the show’s tell-all special, Robin opened up about her feelings for her three other sister-wives: Christine, Meri, and Janelle.
“I want the real thing. I want a real relationship with all these women. Always,” she said on-air, tearfully adding,
“Before I fell in love with Kody, I fell in love with the family and family culture of happy families.
“They took it from me.
“It feels really unfair. I’m sorry, I’m so embarrassed when I get emotional. I’m mad, I’m mad at all of them. I.”
Of course, Christine released an official statement in November 2021 confirming that she had separated from her spiritual marriage.
In Part 1 of this same Sister-Wife special, Janelle confirmed that she had split from Kodi.
Meri said that Kodi seemed to have made a choice for her after he came out and that he doesn’t consider himself married to her in any way.
So leave Robin.
“I am really angry about it and I am angry about what we have done to our family. If I had the power everyone thinks I have, I would never have chosen this.” Okay, this wouldn’t have happened.
“I feel cheated. I feel completely cheated.”
She was then asked if she felt a “scapegoat” in her marriage.
“Forever. I jokingly refer to myself as ‘Codi’s Whiplash Boy,'” replied the mother of six.
“If he doesn’t like it, I’ll be blamed.
“Maybe I’m an easy target. It’s not my nature to fight.
“I am more heart.”
Elsewhere in the revealed roundtable, Robin also claimed that it was “very difficult” between her and Christine when she first joined the family.
“It was a snarky comment. It didn’t include me in things, let them know how things would go, and downgraded them in rank,” she claimed, adding, “It was hard at first.”
It’s not that easy either.
The other women all touched on the tension between them throughout the special, with Janelle saying Robin wasn’t “this perfect saint.”
“Sorry, but she’s human,” Janelle added, noting that she believes Cody is “a little short-sighted when it comes to Robin’s hut and her perspective.”
