Thankfully, the 24-year-old defensive back has made great strides in recovering from that tragic moment. He even opened his eyes and talked to his teammates.
As Hamlin begins reading the names of his charity donors, he comes across “Robert Gronkowski” who has offered to donate $6,900. That particular amount is clearly a true “Gronk” formula.
The legendary former New England Patriots tight end joins the list of contributors to the Drive Fund, which is now over $8 million.
