Rani Mukerji is the mother of two children in the upcoming movie Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway. A new still from the feature released Thursday shows her character spending time with children at a puja. Zee Studios, which makes the film, shared a new look on Twitter. They wrote: “On the auspicious occasion of Saraswati Puja, an exclusive still from #MrsChatterjeeVsNorway will be released on March 17, 2023. Fight against all odds and protect your children. Get ready to witness the determination of women who stand up to defend their country.Cost. #RaniMukerji.” In the new image, Rani is wearing a yellow saree while holding her baby daughter in her lap. Her son is dressed in matching clothes with a yellow kurta and white trousers as she takes a selfie of her family sitting for the puja.
Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway, which also stars Anirban Bhattacharya, is based on a true story. The drama features Rani as a mother who has to fight an entire country for custody of her children. The upcoming film will be produced by Emmay Entertainment’s girlfriend Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani and Zee Studios.
The actor’s autobiography will also be released the same month, on her birthday, March 21st. Her personal and candid memoir, published by HarperCollins India, gives her fans an unprecedented look at her life and career. In a statement last year, she said, “In my 25 years of loving life in the Indian film industry, I have never spoken heartily about my life and cinematic journey. The book delves into my personal trials and tribulations as I have made my way through the industry and career, and the impact it has had on me.”
“I didn’t have time to stop and reflect on my life, retrospectively and introspectively. This memoir was a way for me to remember what I was going through from my childhood,” she added. Rani was last seen in Yash Raj Films’ Bunty Aur Babli 2 (2021) alongside Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh.
