Members of the British royal family are rarely interviewed. We’ve never seen Queen Elizabeth II sit with Oprah, and when Prince Andrew told his BBC in 2019, it was called a “PR nightmare and a national joke.” But the late Queen’s grandson, Prince Harry, Famous for chatting with talk queen Winfreyand he’s definitely not done talking yet.
On Sunday, Anderson Cooper will interview the prince on CBS’ news magazine show 60 Minutes. Harry, who left the UK for Canada and then the US in 2020, is expected to spill at least some of the tea about to be poured in his upcoming memoir Spare.

As of January 5th, European media have already reported a tidbit of information, so it looks like at least one copy was released early. Here are four of the most recent revelations.
battle between brothers
Harry was physically attacked by his brother William after he called Meghan Markle, now Harry’s wife, ‘difficult’, ‘rude’ and ‘obnoxious’, according to British publication The Guardian. He also quotes his father, now King Charles, as saying to his warring sons, “Don’t let my last years be miserable.” .
Harry says he used cocaine
The Daily Mail reports that Harry said in the book that he used cocaine “several times” when he was 17. I wanted it at the time.
“Bad Stepmother”
The Daily Mail also reports that Harry shared the first time he met Camilla Parker-Bowles (now Queen Camilla). She said she was wondering if she would one day become an ‘evil stepmother’.

Harry’s wife Meghan said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that Prince William’s wife Kate made her cry right before Harry and Meghan’s wedding. According to her Daily Mail, Meghan said Kate, who had just given birth to her third child, said she must have “baby brains” because of her hormones, telling her that she was in her palace. reprimanded her for saying that.

Interview teaser: “Silence is betrayal”
In a short teaser for the interview, published Jan. 2, Harry told Cooper that the royal family’s famous motto, ‘Don’t complain, don’t explain,’ was ‘just a motto,’ and that he’s the one who wants to live his life. When I tried to keep silent about him, people working at the palace leaked stories about him.
“There are a lot of complaints and explanations…through leaks,” Cooper says, which Harry confirms.
The Prince went on to claim that news stories, attributed solely to sources, often resulted in reporters contacting Buckingham Palace for comment and not receiving a response. Still, he and Markle say they were told the palace could not make a statement in support of them.
“But I do it for other members of my family,” says Harry. “There will come a time when silence becomes betrayal.”

Harry has long been one of the blunt members of the royal family, so expect that famous candor when he speaks to Cooper. his first child’s skin colorBut all this is to promote a new memoir out on January 10th.
He’s certainly talking about the sudden death of his mother, Princess Diana, and how he and William walked in stunned grief behind a coffin while the world watched on television. The publisher, Random House, made specific mention of the event, and Harry had previously spoken briefly about how difficult it had been. Harry is probably the only member of the royal family who can convey that feeling, especially when he loses his beloved mother.

With Harry himself reading the audio version, there’s no doubt that this audiobook will be more popular and talked about than those made for most memoirs. Harry’s father, King Charles, read his one of his books as an audiobook in 2010, but it was about the environment, not his personal life.
The title of the book comes from a famous phrase about how it was Diana’s job to produce “heirs and reserves.” Born in 1982, Prince William is the heir to his father, Charles. Harry, born in 1984, was considered a “spare”, meaning he would succeed to the throne if something happened to his brother.While William has three children of his own, Harry is the heir to the throne. has been relegated to the ranks of the British throne and is unlikely to succeed to the British throne.
