Atlanta Pride
Atlanta is one of the largest LGBTQ+ festivals in the US.
This year’s Atlanta Pride takes place October 14th and 15th.
yellow daisy festival
This year marks the 55th annual arts festival held at Stone Mountain Park. More than 300 artists and craftspeople display and sell their work at the Yellow Daisy Festival.
The festival runs from September 7th to September 10th.
Atlanta Dogwood Festival
The annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival is a sign of spring and a celebration of art and music.
The festival begins April 14th and runs through April 16th at Piedmont Park.
savannah st patrick’s day
No city in Georgia, perhaps even this side of the Atlantic, celebrates St. Patrick’s Day like Savannah.
Celebrations center around the parade, but the Bar Crawl on River Street continues all night long.
This year, St. Patrick’s Day falls on Friday, March 17, so celebrate in Savannah all weekend.
helen oktoberfest
The quaint North Georgian town celebrates the annual Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, with thousands of visitors celebrating with parades, music, food and different types of beer.
There is no official date for the 2023 festival, but it usually starts in mid-to-late September.

The Killer, Muse and The Lumineers are headliners for the three-day festival in Central Park.
This year it will be held from May 5th to May 7th. Tickets are already on sale.
Asfes
The three-day music and arts festival will take place from June 23rd to June 25th in the ‘Classic City’ of Athens.
Athfest is a free, local band, act and crafter event.
Imagine Music Festival
Rome’s Kingston Downs is one of the biggest electronic bass and dance music festivals held every weekend.
While there’s no official line-up, tickets are already on sale for the 2023 festival, which runs from September 15th to September 17th.

The festival has been canceled for 2022 and the festival has yet to announce an official date for 2023.
When Music Midtown returns, it will be held at Piedmont Park in mid-September. The festival may announce its line-up in May or early June.
Sweetwater 420 Fest
Sweetwater Brewing’s music festival takes place in the spring at Centennial Olympic Park for four days of music and beer.
No official lineup or festival dates yet.

Atlanta Untied leads Major League Soccer in average attendance per game played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2022. The atmosphere at home games is iconic.
At Kennesaw State University’s Fifth Third Bank Stadium, you can catch the club’s rising stars playing for the United Soccer League affiliate Atlanta United 2.
Atlanta Braves
The Atlanta Braves have the fourth-most fans per game in Major League Baseball. After the Braves won the 2021 World Series, Trust had more than three million fans at his park. You can also watch future Braves stars at three Atlanta Braves Minor League affiliates in Augusta, Rome and Lawrenceville.
Atlanta Hawks
The Hawks are in the middle of the regular season. There are still 22 games left at State Farm Arena this season. The Hawks will be the last team in the play-in tournament if this season ends. Those series will begin in April if the Hawks make the playoffs.
The Hawks’ NBA G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks, will play their home games through March at the Gateway Center Arena.
Atlanta Falcons
The final game of the Falcons regular season is against the Buccaneers on January 7th.
It will be months before fans get to see the Falcons in person again, but training camp at Flowery Branch will be open to fans in July.
Pre-season games begin in August, with the first regular season games at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

For a completely different kind of baseball experience, try Savannah Bananas. The team rose to social media fame by performing viral dance moves on the field, tricks him pitching, and carrying a flaming bat to the plate. In addition, the ticket includes an all-you-can-eat discount.
Atlanta Gladiators
Hockey lives in Atlanta! The Atlanta Gladiators of the East Coast Hockey League will play at the Gus South Arena in Duluth until April.
Former Atlanta Thrashers fans will appreciate Glad’s throwback jersey with its iconic blue and gold combination.
Georgia Swarm
Gas South Arena also claims the Georgia Swarm to be the fastest two-legged match. The National Lacrosse League Club offers a face-to-face indoor lacrosse experience like no other.
The game has plenty of attacks, so don’t worry the weather will make your experience miserable.
