Two Sacramento-area cinemaks bring the Oscar nominees back to the big screen.
Sacramento, Calif. — The year’s best movies return to the silver screen in March. All 10 of his Best Picture nominated films return to his two Cinemarks in the Sacramento area.
Cinemark’s Oscar Movie Week features all 10 films at Sacramento’s Century 16 Greenback Lane Theater and Rocklin’s Blue Oaks Century Theater. The festival runs from March 6th to March 12th.
The ten films for Best Picture are: Elvis,” “Quiet on the Western Front,” “Women Talking,” and “Triangle of Sorrow.”
Streaming services dominated the 2022 Oscars, but films that drew moviegoers to theaters made up many of the top contenders in 2023. This includes his two sequels, ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and ‘Avatar: Path of Water’.
The film line-up also includes nominees for Best Live Action Film and Best Animated Short Film. Summed up in one viewing from March 10th to his March 12th.
