Måneskin recently released a fun and hectic music video for his single “Gossip” featuring Tom Morello. Together, the musicians delivered a visually stunning video that is totally different from anything conventional.
According to Blabbermouth, the music is described as rapid, infectious and intense with hammering guitar hooks. Morello’s guitar strings and the band’s ferocious lyricism prove just that.
The nearly five-minute music video, which can only be described as chaotic, opens with flashes of various types of people being pressed against glass. As the commotion begins, a large crowd of people appears, from police officers to construction workers. Each figure pays homage to a lyric that contributes to the mundane aspects of humanity engaged in it. gossip.
The band plays the single in a glass case while being watched by security guards. On the other side of the casing are all the people who are sort of different human “characters”. Strategically guarded is guitarist Morello, who plays an absolutely riddle guitar solo. For about 30 seconds, the guitar picks up the song’s upbeat rhythm and the band begins singing the lyrics again.
The video ends on a cheeky note as the band members undress and expose their naked bodies. Despite the censorship, this final touch truly encapsulates the dangerous themes of the song and visuals.
Accompanied by a vibrant music video, the song predates the rock band’s reputation as “a real force in rock ‘n’ roll.”
“Gossip” is just one of the singles from the band’s upcoming album. Hurry up! – Scheduled to be released on January 20th.
