2. Mumbai house facing the sea
The Actor’s seafront home in Mumbai’s Juhu district is a Santorini-themed property. The home is full of architectural masterpieces that give it a unique look.

3. Duplex Apartment on Juhu-Versova Link Road
Did you know that Hrithik Roshan also owns an apartment called Mannat. Yes, the actor has two houses in one apartment called Mannat (not to be confused with Shah Rukh Khan’s mansion). Interestingly, one of them is his Penthouse. Located on his 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the building.
Spread over 27,000 square feet, the duplex will be priced at Rs 6.75 crore. According to multiple reports, the actor spent around Rs 100 crore on these two apartments, along with about Rs 20 crore in stump tax.
4. Production company
Hrithik Roshan recently purchased over 10,000 square feet of office space with his father, Rakesh Roshan. This commercial space is for FilmKraft Productions Pvt Ltd. Worth Rs 33 Crore.
Roshans also purchased a parking space for eight cars.
