Leon Brown, the only child of Sister Wives cast members Meri and Cody Brown, revealed last weekend that he underwent gender reassignment surgery.
The real estate star announced the news about six and a half months after announcing its new name and pronouns.
In a TikTok posted on Sunday, Leon shirtless shared his morning routine with fans… showing off the results of the aforementioned procedure.
Not many other details were provided at the time, but here’s a screen capture of the video:
Leon hadn’t previously mentioned that they were under the knife in this way. they I had surgery.
Audrey captioned the post comparing 2020 and the current situation, adding:
“The last few years have been tough, but I’ve been lucky enough to have moments of great growth and joy along the way.”
Audrey also posted about having top gender-affirming surgery when she shared photos from a Pride event in June.
When she came out as transgender last year, Leon said she shared this part of herself to “accept people and also set some boundaries.”
Continuing the TLC Personality:
I remember the first time I found out I wasn’t a girl. I was pretty young, and unfortunately I grew up in an incredibly gendered and restrictive environment. So I continued to be socialized as a girl and later as a woman.
And here it is, I’m finally ready to share my favorite self with the world.
I applaud Leon for living the truth back then, and I still applaud them.
Concluded Leon in June:
Being queer and trans is definitely some of my favorite parts.
Yet there is so much I am learning to love myself through this process.
This is where I get to know myself, share myself, and continue to evolve to be who I want to be in every situation.
Neither Meri nor Cody Brown have yet commented on their child undergoing the surgery.
However, both have been supported in the past.
It’s also worth noting that Meri and Brown ended their relationship two weeks ago.
“After over a decade of working on our relationship in our own way, we have decided to end our marital relationship permanently,” they wrote in a joint statement.
“We are committed to treating each other and our entire family with kindness and respect during this process.
“We are also committed to continuously healing all relationships with families and moving forward with forgiveness, grace and love.”
