Kristin McGuinness hasn’t denied dating, admits celebrities sent flirtatious DMs

Kristin McGuinness has admitted to being ‘open’ to dating this year and confessed to receiving flirtatious messages from a mysterious celebrity.

The 34-year-old TV personality, who split from husband Paddy last year, said the unnamed star slipped into her DMs but was “not interested” in pursuing anything.

Kristin and Paddy announced they had separated in July after 11 years of marriage, but later said they ended their relationship earlier this year.

In an interview with The Sun, Christine said of the flirtatious DMs sent by mystery stars:

“They just drop by: ‘Hey, do you want to go out? If so, that’s not how I want to meet someone.

Christine has confessed to being “open” to starting dating this year, but said she’s in no “rush” to jump into a new relationship.

“It’s open this year, but we have time and we’ll see how it goes. That’s not what I got on the radar,” she said.

In December, a profile impersonating Christine appeared on celebrity dating app Raya, leading to speculation that she had decided to start dating.

However, Christine revealed that the profile wasn’t really “this time” and admitted that she didn’t know “where to start” using the app.

Christine and Paddy unofficially ended their relationship earlier this year after publicly announcing their breakup last July.

They still live together now and haven’t told their children — twins Penelope and Leo, 9, and daughter Felicity, 7 — about their split.

Christine recently said she doesn’t want “dramatic” changes for her children, but still wants them to be a loving and happy family.

Plans: Christine confessed to being “open” to starting dating again this year, but said she’s in no “rush” to jump into a new relationship.

She told The Mirror:

Despite breaking up after 11 years of marriage, the estranged couple recently enjoyed a family vacation with their three children.

Talk OK! Magazine about the breakup, Christine shares: I am very happy that he is with his children. Children are happy to see their mom and dad safe and sound. We can sit together and drink tea. It’s not a problem.
