Models’ off-duty uniforms are nothing new. For decades, supermodels like Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford wore blue jeans, simple tees, and black leather jackets in their heyday, but now the new guard is on everyone’s radar. We are upgrading the usable formula to modern.
Take Kendall Jenner, for example, who stepped into her signature supermodel look with a twist for the weekend. Kendall wore an updated moto jacket (also worn by supermodel BFF Hailey Bieber) with black and white checkered detailing on the chest and yellow stripes on the sleeves, and finished the look with straight-leg denim. I was. She wears a white T and black boots.
Embodying 90s cool girl style, she carried a black shoulder bag under her arm, wore tiny oval sunglasses and minimal makeup. Kendall’s long black hair fell into loose waves in her midsection, and her black nail polish matched the biker-chic vibe of her outfit.
When she’s not wearing jeans and a jacket, Kendall usually wears another model’s off-duty staple, black high-waisted leggings, paired with white tube socks and UGG boots or dad sneakers. Like a true trendsetter, she combines two looks into one by layering a gorgeous leather jacket over her stylish athleisure (see here).
