Well, Hannah Ann Slus may not have found love on Peter Weber’s season Bachelor’s degreebut it looks like she finally got the happy ending she deserves!
Hannah announced this week that she’s engaged to Indianapolis Colts running back Jake Funk.
Funk already has a Super Bowl ring from his season with the Los Angeles Rams, but it looks like he’ll be adding a wedding band to his sparkly collection soon!
Hannah announced the news to her 900,000 TikTok followers on Wednesday.
Sluss posted a video of Funk’s proposal, which was clearly a very elaborate affair.
Jake projected the words “She said yes” onto a huge rock not far from where he and Hannah were having dinner on the beach.
Not only is he the love of her life, but with a stunt like that Jake would do wonders for Hannah’s TikTok presence!
Not surprisingly, Hannah received plenty of congratulatory comments from her former Bachelorette co-stars.
“STOP! Looking forward to it! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!” wrote Madison Prewet.
“So happy for you!! Congrats, congrats, congrats!!” added Kelly Flanagan.
It’s unclear how long Hannah and Jake have been dating, but she’s been hinting at a new fiancée since at least April.
In one interview, she revealed that her parents love Jake as much as she does.
“They adore him,” she told E! news of the time.
“They think he’s perfect for me.”
Earlier this month, she posted a birthday tribute, calling Jake “the love of my life.”
“I don’t want to live such a crazy life with anyone but you!!” Hannah added.
Hannah and Jake haven’t revealed their wedding plans yet, but we can bet they’re both having a blast!
As you may remember, Hannah had a tough season of reality TV stardom.
She Peter Weber proposed to Slass in the final episode on The Bachelor, but the relationship soured soon after.
Just weeks after posing the question, Peter decided to end his relationship with Hannah, allowing him to go after Madison Prewett, who pulled himself out of the competition.
They dated briefly, and when their relationship soured, Peter began dating Kelly Flanagan, who was also a contestant on his season.
For obvious reasons, Peter isn’t remembered as one of the more likeable Bachelorettes in franchise history.
Anyway, after all the heartache, it looks like Hannah has finally found Mr. Light!
