Janelle Brown may have moved on from a polygamous family.
But she certainly hasn’t been forgotten.
The longtime Sister Wives star confirmed that she split from her spiritual spouse of more than 20 years, Cody Brown, just weeks ago.
In the tell-all special for season 17 of the show, Cody said the same thing.
Gwendolyn Brown, meanwhile, is Christine and Cody’s 21-year-old daughter…and she uploaded a recap of the latest Sister-Wives installment to YouTube this Sunday.

“I love how confident she is!” Gwendolyn said of Janelle, who called out Cody, who said he and Christine’s daughter Isabel didn’t want to go back to school in person.
“That’s her charm. Janelle is the coolest.”
Gwendolyn’s own mother left Cody in November 2021.
Since then, the reality star has clearly felt free to speak her mind, such as saying she hates Robin Brown when she recently came out quickly.
The same isn’t entirely true of her father, but she’s clearly not a huge Kody fan these days.
“I know he has a lot of good excuses, but at the same time, we want my dad to show up,” she told her followers, feeling how often she and her brother were snubbed. He talked about Taka.
“It’s hard when you have a lot of children.”
Elsewhere, the TLC personality shared her take on Meri Brown, whose marriage to Cody essentially ended a decade ago.
“With a very large family, we have a lot of favorites… and Meri and I talk a lot,” she explained while answering fan questions.
“Not all of us get along, but we all have at least one close relationship in our family.”
Gwendolyn also doesn’t just stand by her mother for her decision to move out about 13 months ago.
“I’m like, are you leaving? Good luck!” Brown said in a previous YouTube video about how her mother told her the news of the breakup.
“She said she was divorcing my father at the same time she moved out. I was all hyped for her. Of course I love him and visit her all the time.”
“But she was home and I was happy with her. I didn’t like their relationship, but she’s fine now.”
