What does self-care mean to you?

What do you do to relax and unwind?
I listen to my body and lean into what it wants. Order takeout and binge on Netflix with my husband, read a book (I love Colleen Huber these days), listen to podcasts, take a walk for coffee with my husband and daughter, or relax. Chilling out on the beach can look different to me throughout the week. As always, it’s a work in progress.

How do you find time for yourself?
I like to sneak little moments of self-care into my day. What advice do you have for others regarding making time for wellness?
