Singer-songwriter and guitarist David Crosby has died.
according to variety, His wife has sent a statement regarding his death, which comes after a long illness.
he was 81 years old.
Crosby was a founding member of two popular ’60s rock units, The Byrds and Crosby, and Stills & Nash (later Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young).
Graham Nash posted on social media:
“I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my friend David Crosby. I know people tend to focus on how volatile our relationship is, but David And to me, what has always been most important to me is “the pure joy of the music we made together, the sounds we discovered in each other, and the deep friendship we shared over the years. He was also fearless. He left a tremendous void as far as pure personality was concerned. Talent and talent out of this world. He put his heart, his heart, and his passion into his beautiful music and left an incredible legacy. These are the most important things. My heart is truly with his wife Jan, his son Django, and how he is in this world. All the people I touched.”
