The last thing we heard about Colt Johnson was that he basically disowned Debbie. 90 days: single life tell me everything
It was painful to witness for Debbie’s castmates, viewers, and most of all, Debbie herself.
Do you know what else hurts? A painful broken leg.
Colt’s wife, Vanessa, has revealed that her husband is alive but in a wheelchair in the wake of the tragic accident.

Over the weekend, Vanessa Guerra shared a photo of Colt in a hospital bed on Instagram.
His foot injury was evident. You don’t have to be a medical professional to recognize such appliances.
Additionally, Vanessa provided a lengthy caption detailing her husband’s condition.

“December 2nd Colt had an accident,” began Vanessa’s caption.
It was an accident and “caused a dislocation and fracture of the leg,” she wrote.
Vanessa detailed that the colt suffered a “tibia/fibula injury along with a torn meniscus”.

“He was in the hospital for two weeks,” Vanessa explained.
“In those two weeks he had two surgeries,” she said.
Vanessa then revealed: [he] I have been using a catheter ever since. ”

“He can’t put weight on his legs,” said Vanessa.
She said the Colt “can’t bend it.”
“And” Vanessa characterized her husband as “wheelchair bound.” This means that you will need a wheelchair for mobility.

“His third surgery was a few days ago,” Vanessa wrote.
She shared that she underwent this procedure “to remove the hardware needed to keep her legs straight.”
“It’s been a tough journey,” Vanessa continued.

“We had to move us out of our two-story apartment within days,” said Vanessa.
She had to make this move, she explained.
As you might imagine, many residences are not wheelchair accessible. Lax laws and multiple loopholes force people with temporary or permanent disabilities to seek new homes.

“His recovery is expected to take six to eight months,” Vanessa shared with her fans and followers.
“Physical therapy will be added in the next month or two,” she elaborated.
Vanessa explained that this was necessary “so that he could walk again.”

“Regardless of how you feel about him,” Vanessa reminded those reading the post.
“This was very difficult physically, mentally, and emotionally,” she noted.
“He could really use the words of encouragement and all the support he could get,” Vanessa concluded.

Colt’s ex-wife, Larissa Lima, left a series of tearful emojis in her reply.
She was one of countless commentators who expressed their sympathy.
Colt has his faults, but we don’t want this from him.
