This dumbbell-based session was invented by Jeanette Jenkins. Janette Jenkins’ star-studded roster of clients, past and present, includes her sports stars, musicians, and even Olympic gold medalists (including her three names above).
Jenkins’ selection of seven exercises includes a muscle-building mixture. If you’re a beginner, he recommends trying 30 seconds, and if you want a challenge, he’s 60 seconds.
To turn these movements into a workout, complete each exercise in succession as a circuit, resting for 20 seconds after each exercise. When he repeats this circuit of his 7 moves his 3 times, it’s his 30-minute session that perfectly trains his heart, lungs, legs, arms and core.

You can expect to train your arms, legs, and core intensively, but the intense nature of the workout ensures that you’re burning calories and boosting your metabolism.
