According to a new report from Radar Online, Jamie took legal action to silence Vlasov, but Vlasov countered by asking a judge to sanction Britney’s father and deny him a subpoena.
Vlasov accuses Jamie of “abuse and abuse of the discovery process.”
He said Jamie “harassed and punished Vlasov for whistling about Jamie’s mistakes, possible crimes, and other wrongdoings while acting as court-appointed guardian in this matter.” He claims that he only provided the subpoena to him for

Vlasov’s attorney claims his client has already shared all the information he has about the allegations that Jamie was spying on Britney during her guardianship.
“It’s no secret that Mr. Vlasov worked for Black Box for years, and that many of the documents that Mr. Spears is trying to force Mr. Vlasov to produce are (or were) held by Black Box. There is no question about it,” he said. lawyer explained.
