59 years old sikh A Punjab native who has been driving buses in West Bromwich, UK for over a decade, viral sensation after he released a music video. In his songs, he expressed his love and passion for his job of driving buses for his livelihood.
Ranjit Singh wanted to show his family and friends in India that he was making a living, so he hired a video production company to make a music video. The company created a sophisticated music video that shows him alongside his colleagues on the National Express, the UK intercity and interregional bus operator. His song called “Bus Driver Song” has been quite the hit since his release on YouTube.
“It’s always been a dream of mine to make a music video about my work, so when I retire I can look back on it as a memory and look back at the times when me and my co-workers used to drive buses together.” Singh told the BBC in his native language.
