U2’s Bono and The Edge are releasing a new documentary.
The musician collaborates with presenter David Letterman on “Bono and Edge: A Kind of Homecoming with Dave Letterman,” which airs on Disney Plus.
Letterman joins the pair in his native Ireland, culminating in a U2 concert in Dublin.
“Recently I won a radio contest so the winner can visit Dublin with Bono and The Edge (the radio contest part is not true but I feel like a winner).
“They showed me around, introduced me to their musician friends and played some of their best songs in a small venue. It’s a great tour. Get in touch with them – I I was told there were still vacancies. Man on Earth. (No vacancies).”
The documentary is directed by Morgan Neville.
The album is set to be released on March 17, the same day U2’s new compilation album Songs of Surrender will be released, featuring songs “re-imagined and re-recorded”.
The record contains 40 songs split across four albums named after each of U2’s four members. Bono, The Edge, Larry Mullen, Adam Clayton – all curated and produced by The Edge.
he said: Respectively. “
