Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The three-day ‘Hriday Drishyam’ concluded on Tuesday night with a Bollywood playback and rock performance from pop singer Shefali Alvarez at the Ravindra Convention Center.
The audience greeted her with a thunderous applause as she began her performance with the song “Main pareshan, pareshan…with a charming and impressive voice.”
After that she performed ‘Re Kabira…., Pasudi…., Gulabi Aankhen…., Nashe Si Chadh Gayi….’, Badtameez Dil…., Humma…., Gravo…. … Gujarya … London Tumakda … Bam Diggy Diggy … blew the audience away.

She concluded her performance with “Dama dam mast Qalandar….” Gautam Sharma accompanied her on drums and Miranmoy on keyboards.
The event started with a performance by singer Mudit Chaturvedi and his troupe. With his melodious voice, he mesmerized audiences with his self-composed and filmed songs. He started with his Aaj jaane ki zid na karo….’.It was followed by his own compositions ‘O panchhi….’, ‘Ankhiyan udik diya….’, ‘Aai ri sakhi…’ ”, followed by “Machhi …”.
Hosted by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, the 6th edition of the annual Mega Musical Fest concluded with a mesmerizing performance by Mumbai’s Kathak dancer Aditi Bhagwat.
She presented “Storytelling in Motion” through raga, tar and tap. She was accompanied by Vivek Rajagopal of Mridangam and her Shravan Shamsi on drums.
Aditi showed us that stories are an important part of our lives and the foundation of music and dance. She included modern tales and old bandishes in her performance. The presentation was based on three rhythms. Aditi said the work is an experiment in which artists tell stories of themselves and their audience.
