Richard Gere’s $10.8 million Connecticut estate
Last July, actor Richard Gere spent $10.8 million on an English-style estate in New Canaan, Connecticut. The property consists of two homes with a total of six bedrooms, both set on 32 sprawling (and private) acres. Designed by architect Harold R. Sleeper, the main house dates back to 1938. Los Angeles Lakers guard Russell Westbrook has plowed $37 million into a mansion just below teammate LeBron James in the Brentwood neighborhood. The off-market deal reportedly came with famed Ecclestone Racing his family member Petra, who purchased the property in 2019 for around $23 million. Westbrook’s new home has plenty of space, with eight bedrooms and his 11 bathrooms, plus amenities like his home theater, wine cellar, and four-car garage.
Hugh Jackman’s $38.9 million apartment list

It’s unclear exactly what price Drake paid for the sprawling Beverly Hills estate sold by singer Robbie Williams in the spring of 2022, but an asking price of $85 million was reportedly off-market, with Drake got it somewhere in the mid $70 million. If Drake paid anything close to that, he’d have a 25,000-square-foot main house, guest house, tennis his courts, swimming pool, and lots of manicured grounds.
