In the season 3 trailer and first episode, the protagonist of Netflix’s Emily in Paris was seen wearing a sweater by Antwerp-based fashion brand Essentiel, which quickly sold out on its website.
Demand for multi-colored oversized sweaters is emerging from all over the world, co-founder Inge Onsea told local news channel ATV, with order requests coming from Asia and America.
I ordered about 300 at first, but they were sold out immediately. Yesterday he added 250 more online and they sold out in an hour.

This isn’t the first time the show’s stylists have chosen colorful apparel from the brand to dress Emily. says he is unaware of it at this time. “In the first season, Emily was also wearing a jumper and a top, but they had bought them, so we didn’t even know about it. It was a pleasant surprise. and said our jumper is in the series,” she explained.
Upon learning of the clothes featured in the series, the shop’s marketing team sent Essentiel’s lookbooks to the show’s stylist, from whom she chose 50, nine of which were used in the third season. “We are very proud,” said Onsy.
Onsea is looking to make the item a limited edition collector’s piece, so the only remaining question now is whether the sold-out sweaters will be restocked. We’re brainstorming, but I prefer it to have some exclusivity and am in favor of stopping selling the sweater. I’ve already seen two times people selling for double the price,” she revealed.
