According to a brand new report, Amy Roback simply can’t believe the men who cheat on her husband don’t have a strong moral compass.
For those unfamiliar with this story, a quick refresher.
Robach co-hosts GMA3, a spin-off of the wildly popular ABC morning show, with TJ Holmes.
In late November, photos surfaced of journalists canoeing in upstate New York — despite the fact that they’ve both been married for years.
Shortly after these racy photos went viral, Holmes and Roback were taken off the air by executives while they conducted an internal investigation.
They were then fired.
Neither Roback nor Holmes (who recently filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig) have publicly commented on their allegations or pinkslip.
But a disturbing article published in The Daily Mail just days ago reportedly left Robach reeling.
As detailed previously on this website, Holmes has set foot in Phoebig many times.
In 2015, he supposedly started sleeping with ABC News coordinator Jasmine Petaway.
On at least one occasion, an insider said Holmes and Petty had sex in the former’s office just hours before the broadcast began.
“They had sex, but then I know she was confused as to what it meant,” wrote the Daily Mail, adding that the relationship eventually “fallen apart.” .
It was also very inappropriate.
Overall, the Daily Mail source has very A few kind words to say about the longtime anchor.
“He was a predator who made the most of his position and was reckless,” the person told the Daily Mail.
“This was Jasmine’s first real job on television and it was a big deal for her. She was looking for mentors and reached out to a few.
“TJ was responsive, but he completely abused his position of trust.”
Wowteeth?
The Sun now reports that Robach had basically the same reaction when he learned of his lover’s previous sexual assault.
“She certainly didn’t expect their relationship to cause much turmoil outside of her own marriage,” claims an insider to the outlet.
“She didn’t expect this to turn into a scandal.”
The sources added that attorneys for both Holmes and Roback have been in contact with ABC to explore their potential outlets, but that their cases are being handled separately by their respective teams.
Perhaps most annoying to Roback, The Sun claims, was that she knew nothing about the “extent” of Holmes’ past flirtations.
To clarify, she and Holmes are still employed by ABC…they’ve just been taken off the air.
“They’re not finished yet, but I don’t think TJ will be on again,” an insider told Page Six last week, noting that both parties had lawyers in the negotiations, and that the next concluded that
“They want Amy to stay there and be a part of it, but that’s probably not the case with ‘GMA3’.
